A series of conferences being held during four days, discuss urban design issues related to harbour cities.

The conferences are held in french and discuss the metamorphosis of the harbour cities, ports and shores, developed in three topics:

- The harbours as gates of entrance and exit, a meeting symbolic place.

- The harbour as the location anchoring and deployment of possibilities. The role of harbours and shorelines between dreams and reality.

-  Harbours and shorelines: a space for projects. Choosing between continuity and a fresh start.

An interesting series of topics for conferences being held in beautiful Quebec City.
