The conferences are held in french and discuss the metamorphosis of the harbour cities, ports and shores, developed in three topics: - The harbours as gates of entrance and exit, a meeting symbolic place. - The harbour as the location anchoring and deployment of possibilities. The role of harbours and shorelines between dreams and reality. - Harbours and shorelines: a space for projects. Choosing between continuity and a fresh start.
